She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinreich Brakhane and Frieda Meyer Brakhane. She is survived by: her son John Erik Gavula (Audrey) of Mars; and her granddaughter Rooney.

Memorials may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd. Renfrew, PA 16053.
