He is survived by: his parents, Clair Clapper and Janice Clapper (Helsel); his wife Diane E. Dilling; his children, Deidre Bumbarger (Zach), David (Adelaide), Daniel, Devin (Katie), Dale and Darcy Holsinger (Wyatt); his grandchildren, Addelyn, Rylan, Evelyn, Caralyn, Nolan Bumbarger and Torin Clapper; and his sisters, Sharon Eastep (Tom), Cindi Claar, Joy Lindey (Tom) and Jody McClain (Shawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
