Eric Closson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eric Closson of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Merle Closson and Ella Marie Closson (Herncane). He is survived by: his children, Emily M. Claycomb (Shawn) of Roaring Spring and Shawn E. Closson (Tekyra) of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Brayden Claycomb, Ellayna Closson and Adisen Closson; his sisters, Donna Closson of Hollidaysburg, Dana Rosser of Roaring Spring, Danette Locke (Jeffrey) of Huntingdon and Dawn Walk (James) of Altoona; and his close friend Sharon Bigler of Salemville.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John K. Bolger Funeral Home, Inc. (111 E Allegheny St, Martinsburg, PA 16662). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
