The memory of Hazel L. Lewis of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Francis and Cora Almeda Clabaugh (Hetrick); her spouse Thomas C. Lewis; her son Thomas A. Lewis; her in-laws, Russell and Lena Lewis; and her brother Jim (Irene Wareham).
She is survived by: her children, Shelby Knox (Stephen) of Oil City, Melody Speck (Frank) of Williamsburg and Russell Lewis of Ebensburg; her grandchildren, Heidi Stoltz (Justin), Anthony Lewis (Jamie), Angela Lewis (Donnie Meyers), Joni Noal (Clay), Kayla Nickelson (Darren Horton), Shannon Dougherty (Dave), Jason Knox, Kaitlyn Knox (Dane Thomas) and Marissa Speck (Justin Grassmeyer); her great grandchildren, Camden Fornwalt, Cody Nickelson, Callianna Nickelson, Brooke Stoltz, Justin Stoltz, Kaidance Soellner, Carson Soellner, Tori Lewis, DeClan Meyers, Jack Thomas, Jude Wombacher, Shane Meyers and Tulula Grassmeyer; and her siblings, Charles Clabaugh (Shirley) of Duncansville and Carol Ayers (Ron) of Altoona.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williamsburg C&ma Church (5270 Piney Creek Rd, Williamsburg, PA 16693).
