She is survived by: her children, Paul Cyrus (Wanda) of Martinsburg, Carol Ann (Mark Radomski) of Maryland and Mary Beth Levrio of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Jared Hammaker, Corey Hammaker, Lucas Hammaker, Charlotte Radomski, Julia Radomski, Miles Levrio and Emma Levrio.
