With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Iris Zelanko of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Six Mile Run, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Iris left this world on April 20, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Iris farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Iris is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Eldon and Nancy Grace Snyder (Kinser); her siblings, Ruth Reighard and John Eldon Snyder; and also, Delford John Zelanko and Harold Yingling.
She is survived by : her children, John Delford Zelanko, Justina Hall and Jill Wallace (Lee Roy); and her sisters, Thelma Jean Smith and Dixie Lee Blades. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren.
