She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Klepser and Annie A. Klepser (Russell); her great grandchild Brielle L. Harmon; and her siblings, John E. "Jack" Klepser, Ronald R. Klepser, G. Louise "Aunt Beasy" Fagans and Joan Klepser.
She is survived by: her husband A. Lloyd Steele; her children, Pam Harris (Mike) of Martinsburg, Patty Reid (Jeff) of Martinsburg and Mitch Steele (Cherie) of Martinsburg; and her caregivers, Michelle Carper, Tina Smith and Tammy Feathers. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
