He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Henry and Lulu Fleegle (Raymond); his wife Patricia M. "Pat" Fleegle (Carver); his daughter Lori Ann Fleegle; his granddaughter Jennifer Bickle; and his siblings, Mary C. Ripple, Elizabeth Ann Eckert, Richard N. and Donald R. Fleegle.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Waugaman (Richard) of Lenoir, NC, Robert H. Fleegle (Barb) of Mercersburg and Douglas Fleegle (Nancy) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Richard Waugaman III, Andrew Waugaman, Ashley Waugaman Pluer, Jeffrey Stephens, LJ Lowe, Isaac Lowe and Travis Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Keaden, Megan Barnas, Samantha Rae Waugaman and Kahlan Stephens.
