He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Dorothy Stella Miller (Burkhart); his great grandchild Jade Miller; and his parents-in-law, Cletus and Anne Shriver.
He is survived by: his spouse Carrol Anne Miller (Shriver); his children, Robert Miller (Sharon) of Martinsburg, Michael Miller (Maria) of Honesdale and Lesly Miller-Jacobs (Jim) of Roaring Spring; his grandchildren, Justin Miller (Emily) of Yellow Creek, Chelsea Sinsheimer (Brandon) of Strasburg, Kevin Miller of Honesdale, Katie Miller (Thomas Klinger) of Pawling, NY, Adam Miller (Rosie) of Roaring Spring, Zethan Koch (Jessica) of Altoona and Austin Koch (Crystal) of Reedsville; and his sisters, Carolyn Grubb (Bill) of Martinsburg and Shirley Smalley (Warren) of Johnstown. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bice Memorial Chapel - Homewood Living Martinsburg (437 Givler Dr, Martinsburg, PA 16662).
