He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Smith; his children, William V. Jr. (Tammy) and Victoria Goff (Stan); his grandchildren, Kera, Mattison, Colton, Tiersty and Peyton; his great grandchild Shaddix; and his siblings, Mary Imler, Margaret Foreman, Ralph Jr. and Charles Bogel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Bill may be given to Cove Cause for Cancer, 343 Ponderosa Lane, Roaring Spring, PA 16673.
