He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Lewis and Ethel Marie Lewis (Cumberland); his former wife Stephanie Mordesovich Lewis; and his siblings, LLoyd, William, Evelyn, Betty, Doris Faye and Priscilla "Tillie".
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Lewis; his children, Carl Wayne Jr. and Michele Lewis-Wood; his sister Trudy Cirota; and his stepchildren, Robert Plaski, Jr., Dale Plaski, Bruce Plaski and Debbie Plaski-Mikolajczyk. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
