He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Vargo and Harriette Vargo (Wolfe); his wife Micheline Vargo (Rates); and his siblings, Sandra Murray, Kathryn Jones, Albert "Earl" Vargo and Ronald Vargo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Polosky (John) of Bethel Park, PA. and Lynn Westfall (Brad) of Canonsburg, PA; his siblings, Linda Seese and Thomas Vargo (Sandy); and his grandsons, Andrew, Jeremy Polosky, Noah and Blake Westfall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
