He is survived by: his wife Susan Areford Wine; his children, Jennifer Hawkins (Adam) of Carmichaels, PA and John "Chuckie" Wine II of Masontown, PA; his grandsons, Brandon, Devon, Nathan, Johnny and Dalton; his sister Patsy Bell of Florida; and his son Joshua Aaron Wine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
