He was predeceased by: his parents, William Durst and Catherine Durst (Caracciolo); and his siblings, William Durst, Robert Durst and Carol Hixon.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mae Durst (Jordan); his children, Michael Alan Durst II (Jenna), Charlene Marie Fried (Aaron), Jason Matthew Durst (Nicole) and Candi Mae Sharp (Joe); his grandchildren, Tatum, Olivia, Delaney, Andrew, Xander, Airianna and Nikolas; his great grandchild Amelia; and his brother James Durst (Diana).
