She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Swofford and Carolyn Swofford (Shetton); her sister Glenda Swofford; and her grandparents, Grady Shelton and Mary Shelton.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Richard Hanson; her children, Rachel Hanson, Katherine Sweeny, Brian Hanson, Joshua Hanson, Christopher Hanson, Matthew Hanson, Jonathan Hanson and Nathan Hanson; and her sisters, Kathy Sweeney and Phyllis Williams. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
