He is survived by: his wife Helen Lewis Loukota; his daughters, Kimberly Stewart (Bill) of Farmington and Freda Hanley (Chad) of Canonsburg, PA; his sister Sally Anthony (Bob) of Uniontown, PA.; his grandchildren, Reese, Dane Hanley, Ceneth Bierkamp (Holden) and Stephanie Cather (Michael); his great grandchildren, Kurt, Jaydien Sager, Iroh Bierkamp, Lane, Hunter and Remi Cather; his great great grandchild Ronan Sager; and his stepchildren, Pam Fenton (Dave) of Adah, PA, George Hunell of Masontown, PA, Lynette Linley of Masontown, PA and Del Hilberry of Waynesburg, PA. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and one step-great-grandson.
