She is survived by: her spouse Francis "Frank" Polanis; her children, Stanley Polanis (Leslie Redding) of Winston Salem, NC, Nancy Polanis (Paul Olson) of Alton, NH, Gary Polanis (Michele) of Inlet, NY, Jeffrey Polanis (Donna) of Milford, PA and Carol Hammad (Ali) of Pittsburg, KS.; her grandchildren, Michael Polanis (Allison), Mark Polanis (Samantha), Lexi Decker (Joe), Devan Polanis, Phillip Polanis, Dean Polanis, Jessica Bergmann (T. J.), Kelsey Hupfer (Jeff), Rachael Copertino (Bryan), Alizeh Hammad and Sania Hammad; and her great grandchildren, Joel, Margaret, Charlotte, Evelyn, Rhett, Chloe, Ian, Zachary, Peyton, Troy and Harper.
