He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Winters and Mary Winters; his son Jack Winters; and his sister Frances Senkiew. He is survived by : his wife Julia Winters (Peggy); his daughter Terri Winters; his nieces and nephews, Randall Senkiew (Sharon), Gary Senkiew, Michelle VanHorn and Denise Geiger (Steven); and his cousin Mary Jane Simpson.
