He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorren E. Bowers and Cora M. Bowers (Pearce); and his sister Evelyn Stahlman. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Bowers (McAninch); his children, Julie Ruth (Randall) of DuBois, Jeffrey Bowers (Tammy) of Mayport and Jennifer Bowers of Brockway; his grandchildren, Daisy Ruth, Brock Ruth, Jesse Kilcoin, Cora Kilcoin and Kylie Bowers; and his brother Terry Bowers (Linda) of Punxsutawney.

Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donors choice.
