He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Morgan and Virginia Morgan (Wall); and his grandson Jacob Eaton Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Ginger Covert (Mark) of Butler and Justin Morgan (Tracy) of New Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Corra Morgan, Bryce Morgan, Gina Rhoades and Justace Morgan; and his brothers, Darrell Morgan (Ginger) of New Kensington and Denzel Morgan (Kathy) of Conway.
The family asked in lieu of flowers that donations be given to the Jacob E. Rhoades Foundation.
