He is survived by: his mother Mary Abercrombie Hetrick; his former wife Roberta Mahle; his sons, Ken Hetrick, Matt Hetrick, Ed Hetrick (Michele) and Justin Hetrick (Emily); his grandchildren, Autumn, Kenny, Adyin, Abby, Alyssa, Damon and Rhea; and his sister Nancy.
