She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Melfy and Jennie Melfy (Billett); her husband Norman Stefanisko; her children, Karen Stefanisko and Neil Stefanisko; and her son-in-law Matthew Skotek.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Skotek of McAdoo; her daughter-in-law Shannon Stefanisko of Gordon; her grandsons, Matthew Skotek Jr., John Skotek, Luke Stefanisko and Jacob Shearn; and her great grandchild Haisley Shearn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
