She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Jesky and Julia Jesky; her husband John P. Gaughan; her son Thomas J. Gaughan; and her brother Michael Jesky.
She is survived by: her children, John P. Jr. (Patty), Mark (Millie), David (Lynne), Michael (Charlotte) and Donna Kolbush (Carl). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
