Stephen Waak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Waak of McAdoo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Waak and Esther Waak (Hranechny); his wife Irene Waak (Gnidzinski); and his brothers, Joseph, Raymond and Deacon Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen J. Waak (Lisa) of McAdoo, Christine Derr (George) of Beaver Meadows, Jeanette Logan (Keith Reismiller) of Bainbridge and Charlene Sabulsky (Vincent) of McAdoo; and his brothers, James of McAdoo and Gabriel of McAdoo. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
