He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Eby (Mike), Marcia Cash (Terry) and Tammy Amendola (Greg); his grandchildren, Sabrina Thumma (Alan), Jessica Waltman, Jon Quay (Brittani), Damian Amendola and Darian Amendola (Alana Pugh); his stepgrandchildren, Michael Eby (Jess) and Mindy Morrison (Josh); and his brothers, Les and Lyle. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
