She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Amey and Bernice E. Amey (Varner); her husband Arthur E. "Bill" Ard; and her close friend Robbie Lauver. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Jo Ard of McAlisterville; and her sister-in-law Joyce Fox (Ard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
