She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Boord and Margaret Stabile Boord of Masontown; her husband Brack E. "Sonny" Burnsworth, Jr.; and her sister Dorothy Bania of Ohio. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Burnsworth of McClellandtown and John; her daughter-in-law Beth Burnsworth of York; her grandson John Wesley Burnsworth of York; her siblings, Shirley Boord of Jefferson and Edwin Boord (Glenda); and her siblings-in-law, Beatrice Mitchell of Uniontown, Alfred Burnsworth of Georgia, Bonny Burnsworth of Masontown, Connie Lou Smith and Jake (Carol Harrison) of North Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, and great-grand-nieces and nephews.
