She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur M. Druckemiller, Sr. and Viola Druckemiller (Snook); her husband Harold E. Carter, Sr.; her children, Wendy Stever and Harold Carter, Jr.; her granddaughters, Tiffany Kahley, Andrea Kahley and Carin Carter; and her siblings, Martin, Melvin, Wilbur Jr., Glen and Virginia Rosenberry.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Goss (Timothy) of McClure, Mark Carter of Milroy and Neal Carter of Milroy; and her siblings, Marjorie Knepp of McClure, Linda Everly (Harry) of Lewistown, Betty Ritter of McClure and David Druckemiller of Lewistown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many loving great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc. (75 Logan St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Paintersville Cma Cemetery (3195 Back Maitland Rd, Lewistown, PA 17044).
