He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton E. Folk and Dorothy C. Folk (Knepp); and his stepmother Helen Folk. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline L. Folk (Howell); his daughters, Brandi Ferster (David) of Northumberland and Katie Ferguson (Donald) of Penns Creek; his grandchildren, Andrew, Colleen, Erik Ferster (Liz), John, Skylar, Madison (Josh), Riley (Bryce), Abby and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Noah, Aubree, Jaxson, Oden and Nevaeh; his granddaughter Sarah Steiner (Peyton); and his brother Norman Folk (Cindy) of Northumberland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
