She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Sharpe Mumma and Virgie Maye Mumma (Rouzer); her husband Ralph E. Shotts; her siblings, Harry, Ben Mumma and Joan Mumma; and her granddaughter Kimberly D. Wible.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Shives of St. Thomas, PA, Vicki K. Henry of McConnellsburg, PA and Mary Lou DeShong of McConnellsburg, PA; her siblings, John H. Mumma (Mary) of McConnellsburg, PA and Dorothy Miller of McConnellsburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Kevin Shives, Valerie Runk, Alicia Silcox and Janelle Bitner; and her great grandchildren, Brody Wible, Remy Wible, Kirby Wible, Kailey Runk, Hayden Runk, Abby Runk, Kiersten Bitner, Luke Silcox and Claire Silcox.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fairview United Methodist Church (2288 N Hess Rd, Crystal Spring, PA 15536). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
