She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob W. Everts and Edith V. Keefer Seville; her siblings, Daisy Burrall, Roy C. "Short" Seville, Harvey Seville and Linn Seville; and her son-in-law Todd Ulsh.
She is survived by: her husband Rickey D. Moats of McConnellsburg, PA; her children, David Everts of Camp Hill, PA, Edith Souders of McConnellsburg, PA and Belinda Ulsh of McConnellsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Amanda, Kayla, Heather, Allen, Justin and Austin; and her siblings, Merrill D. Seville of McConnellsburg, PA, Mark C. Seville (Judy) of Chambersburg, PA and Linda Dickon (Robert) of Virginia. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
