Diane L. Jefferson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane L. Jefferson of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Diane L. Jefferson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lane and Mabel J. Spriggs; and her brothers, John, Walter Jefferson and Mitchell Spriggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Shanda R. Jefferson of McConnellsburg, PA; her grandson Gabriel Jefferson of McConnellsburg, PA; and her siblings, Minnie Jefferson of McConnellsburg, PA and Richard Spriggs of Mount Union, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the H. RIC Luhrs Performing Arts Center (475 Lancaster Dr, Shippensburg, PA 17257). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (17591 Great Cove Rd, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A repast will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Gilbert Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Diane's memory to Bethel Cito AME Church, P.O. Box 143, McConnellsburg, PA 17233 or to the memorial fund has been established at the Shippensburg University Foundation in memory of Diane.
