She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell A. DeShong and Katharine DeShong (Oakman); her husband Robert L. "Bob" Garlock; and her sisters, Delores "Honey" Henry, Dora Horton, Doris Ford and Dolly DeShong.
She is survived by: her son Michael P. Garlock (Kristy) of McConnellsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Garlock, Cloe Richards and Wyatt Garlock; and her great grandchildren, Layla Carr, London Carr and Aliyah Poe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
