Hoffman of McConnellsburg, PA; his children, Rick and Cindy; his grandchildren, Dustin, Brandin, Kelejo, Jamie, Shawn and Amber; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Myah, Fischer, Cydni, Cree, Delylah, Xavier, Ethan, Josiah, Jaelin and Ayvalin; and his siblings, Ronald Hoffman of Knobsville, PA, Willis Hoffman of Knobsville, PA, Max Hoffman of Three Springs, PA, Randy Hoffman of Knobsville, PA, Marvalene Martin of Three Springs, PA, Martha Curfman of Three Springs, PA, Connie Shives of McConnellsburg, PA and Maxine Newman of Waterfall, PA.. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren, (Jami and Justin) and 5 step great grandchildren.
