He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd S. McGinnis and Bessie M. McGinnis (Swander); and his daughter Deborah Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Michael S. McGinnis (Maria) of Texas and Tammy Goff; his stepdaughter Connie Brown (Doug) of Hustontown, PA; his grandsons, Matthew Brown (Evie Altland) of Harrisburg, PA and Michael S. McGinnis Jr.; his great grandchild Tristan McGinnis; and his sister Kathleen Tumblin of South Carolina.
A masonic service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc. (873 Lincoln Way W, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Bill, may be made to a charity of one's choice.
