He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred H. Stouffer and Edna Stouffer (Meyers); his sister Marcelle Martin; and his granddaughter Randi-Jo Stitely. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Stouffer (Bartola); his children, Carol A. Davis (Gary) of Franklin, WV, Jo A. Stouffer of Mercersburg, PA, Sue A. Thompson (Jerry) of Greencastle, PA and Andrew E. Stouffer of McConnellsburg, PA.; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Tucker, Kiernan, Stashia, Dayne, Caleb, Cheyann, Alicia and Kelli. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
