It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen McFadden of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Karen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Karen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmer C. and Mary L. Hann (Harr); and her aunt Carrie Harr. She is survived by: her spouse Tracy L. McFadden; and her siblings, Donna Carbaugh of Needmore, PA, Linda Lynch of McConnellsburg, PA and Michael Hann (Donna) of Needmore, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc. (873 Lincoln Way E, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests the omission of flowers and to consider making a contribution in memory of Karen to the Hustontown, McConnellsburg or Needmore Volunteer Fire Companies.
