He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Strait and Delilah "Del" Strait (Crocker); and his children, John A. McMullen and Johanna D. Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Mabel E. Strait (Kerlin); his children, Sandra Kling of Hustontown, PA and George McMullen of Meadow Gap, PA.; and his sister Melvina Anderson of Fort Littleton, PA. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous cousins.
