He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sr. Alisea and Margaret Harden Alisea; and his wife Carol Alisea. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Sheffield (Richard) of McConnellsburg, PA, Melinda Askin (Steven II) of Spring Mills, WV, Amy Weichseldorfer (Lou) of Duluth, MN. and Julie Seamster (Russ) of Parker, CO; his stepson Ian Mulligan of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Ian Jr., Airianna, Steven III, Dane, Scott, Brynn, Emmett, Elleanor, Connor, Ebonnie and Carson; and his sister Cynthia Harlan of Dallas, TX..
