He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Plummer and Edith Plummer; and his sisters, Penny, Joyce and Sandy.
He is survived by: his children, Tabatha Plummer of Westmont, PA, Ronald "Skip" Plummer (Samantha) of McConnellsburg, PA, Jessica Gutshall (Jacob) of Portage, PA and Kayla Plummer of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Marsha Rosie of Summerhill, PA. and Calvin Plummer of Summerhill, PA.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
