He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fowler of McConnellsburg, PA; his sons, Dylan Fowler of Sidman, PA and Gavin Fowler of McConnellsburg, PA; and his brothers, Jeffrey Fowler (Jamie) of Beaver, PA and Kevin Fowler (Jill) of Havertown, PA..
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McConnellsburg United Presbyterian Church (125 S 2nd St, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
