He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. George and Hannah Niehaus George Sr.; and his siblings, Dorothy Jackson, William George, Robert George and Ruth Ann George.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Reese George; his children, John George (Renee Wolanski), Shelley Jobkar (Jerry) and Daniellie George Matesic (James Henry); his grandchildren, Wade Jobkar (Hannah Herford), Bryce Jobkar (Veronica), Alyssa Matesic (Frank Ciulla), John Matesic (Nia Robertson), Ryan George (Victoria Brown), Jackson Henry and Kylie Buxton; and his siblings, Harvey George, Darlene George Kisow and Nancy George Eger.
