He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Sr. Baldigowski and Genevieve Zombeck Baldigowski; his son-in-law Mark W. Lauff; and his brother Carl Baldigowski (Gloria). He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Lescallette Baldigowski; his children, Lisa Lauff (late Mark) and Samuel Baldigowski (Debra); his grandchildren, Marina, Roman, Gabriel Lauff, Daria Vargesko (Gavin), Samantha, Ryan and Alex Baldigowski; his great grandchild Jasper Vargesko; his siblings, Josephine Grutzik (late Robert), Helen Daniels (late Richard), Bonnie Green (Richard), Veronica Daniels (late Carl), Diana Chauvet (late Ronald), Susan Cobb, Rosalie Haines (late William), Eugene, Michael and Daniel Baldigowski; and his sister-in-law Barbara Druga (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
