She is survived by: her sister Joan Colkitt; her spouse Gene Vercammen; her children, Debra, David, Brennan, Ronald, Terry, Timothy Vercammen, Annette, Michael and Magdich; and her grandchildren, April Vercammen, Rachael, Terry, Tackett, Gene Paul, Caitlin, Alexa Vercammen, Patrick Magdich, Nicole Brennan, Jesse Boehm and Ryan Vercammen.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Robinson Run Cemetery (504 Sunset Ln, McDonald, PA 15057).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia's name to Gallagher Hospice.
