He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Palmer (John), Karen Leone (Joe) and Joyce Wurst (Doug); his grandchildren, Jeff Wurst (Lisa), Courtney Bidwell (Brandon), Angela Snyder (Mike) and Regina Erdman (Hayden); his great grandchildren, Eric, Isla Wurst, Alayna, Dawson Bidwell, Leona and Louie Snyder; and his caregivers, Reid, Katherine Getty, Tina Recker and Hamot.
