She is survived by: her husband David Kuchcinski; her daughters, Michelle Blandino (Paul) of Phoenix, AZ, Debora Wiley (Perry) of Las Vegas, NV, Julie Munson of McKean and Nicole Munson (Adam) of McKean; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Jesse and Angelina Blandino.
