He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marie Farley (Williams); his children, Jeremy Farley, Josh Farley (Megan), Jessica Hedderick (Josh), Jake Farley, Jennifer Farley and Olivia Farley (Jeff); his grandchildren, Collin (Kate), Quintin, Makayla, Bryce Hedderick, Anthony, Mason Conti, Jared Farley, Jacob, Jemma Farley, Dasi, Toby Farley and Amelia Farley; his siblings, Alfred Farley (Karen), Charles Farley (Diana), Joanne Turner, Judy Hough (Larry), Gene Farley (Linda) and Darlene Loll; and his sister-in-law Linda Farley.
