He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Otteni and Shirley Otteni (Meyer); his grandparents, George, Ella Otteni, Lawrence and Norma Meyer; his nephew Austin Chupp; and his great-nephew Holden Otteni.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beth Brown, Stacey Pope (Dean), Patrick Otteni (Rose) and Scott Otteni; his uncle Gerald Otteni; and his nieces and nephews, Breanne Otteni, Katie Otteni, Hanna Merten, Shelby Brown (Kenny Adams), Emily Brown, Abigail Chupp, Nicholas Otteni (Emily) and Adam Merten.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorials be made in Jeff's name to CECPA (Central Erie Co. Paramedic Assoc.), P.O. Box 162, Edinboro, PA 16412-0162.
