She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Amidon and Dorothy Amidon. She is survived by: her husband Carl "Charlie" Chaple; her children, Scott Crane of Erie and Cindy Hammond (Rodney) of McKean, PA; and her stepchildren, Melissa Potter (Chris) of Portland, OR and Charles Chaple (Amy) of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
