He is survived by: his parents, James Stephen Boburka and Doreen McMurtrie (Dan); his siblings, Zach Boburka, Daniel McMurtrie (Candice) and Alyssa Lyons (Dave); his grandparents, James, Donna Boburka, Ellen Hays (late Sonny) and Karen McMurtrie; his uncle Steve Hays (Lisa); his aunt Kristen Gabrielli (Joe); and his cousins, Hank Hays, Tom Hays, Madison, Tyler and Anthony Gabrielli. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated in Brandon's name to.
